Jenny Musyj originally joined Narwal Litigation LLP as an articled student in 2018. After her articles, Jenny practiced at a midsize civil litigation firm, in insurance defence and general civil litigation. She has represented clients before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Jenny rejoined Narwal Litigation LLP in July of 2024.

Prior to attending law school, Jenny received her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology at the University of British Columbia, graduating on the Dean’s List. Jenny completed her J.D. at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.

In her second year of law school, Jenny was selected as a case worker for the Innocence Project, where she investigated claims of wrongful convictions. During her final year of law school, Jenny was selected for the Judicial Externship program, where she served as an extern to the judges of the BC Provincial Court. Over the course of her degree, Jenny volunteered for the International Centre for Criminal Law Reform and the Allard Law Students’ Society, of which she held two elected positions: Director of Finance and Social Representative. Jenny’s leadership efforts were recognized through the Legal Leaders for Diversity Trust Fund and UBC Student Leadership award.

Currently, Jenny is a member of the CBABC Women Lawyers Forum Marketing and Communications Committee, where she assists with writing and editing articles for the Women Lawyers Forum newsletter. She is also a CBABC mentor.
